17 February 2007: Tom, Siew Pheng, Joe (along with Fritz and Trevor for the beginning) MAde the drive from Placerville up Hwy 49 to Downieville. The roads past Nevada City at least were clear and smooth. The weather was in the upper 60's to lower 70's and the sky was clear. In all, a perfect day for a drive in the foothills.
