On Tuesday, 7/24, the Sacramento NSX Club had their July meeting at Chevy's on the Sacramento River. Calvin arrived early in the afternoon and saved a number of parking spots in front of the restaurant so we could park our cars out front. A BIG thanks to Calvin for doing this.
The treasurer's report consisted of a monthly starting amount of $4391.00 and ending the month at $4313.87. The expenditures were to help pay for the event at Shad's in June.
The main item of the night revolved around the October ALMS race at Leguna Seca. On Oct. 20, Acura will be hosting 100 NSX owners and 100 guests for the ALMS race. While the exact details have not been announced, this event is shaping up to be a once in a life-time event. Tom reports that there are only 7 or 8 tickets left. If you are interested, please email me for additional details. Rooms are going fast so don't delay in booking one.
On Sat. 6/28 the club will be having a BBQ at Rancho Seca. Details have been posted to the Sacramento list.
On 8/11, there will be a Marin drive. We have participated in this drive in the past and it is a very scenic one. Details are on Prime.
We are contemplating a brake bleed day in the next few months. It may happen at Shad's shop or Jon Nastro's house depending on the number of cars. Respond back if interested.
